I wouldn't particularly expect to smell the aircon outside by the grille.

Well garage had the front bumper off a couple of weeks ago to repaint it so i think they would have seen something in there?

No point in cleaning the Air Con unless you change the Pollen Filter. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |

Thanks guys - i'm ordering a new pollen filter along with air filter as the dealer didn't change these on the "full service" when i bought the car?

You need to use the Air Con regularly to keep the seals intact. Once a week or so will keep it working. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |
