2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Indus Silver
Connecting Samsung Mini Phonebook

I've got a 2007 FL2 and a Samsung Mini mobile phone. I can pair the phone to the vehicle and the Bluetooth connection is successful but if I try to copy the address book it just displays random symbols. I've looked on the the Land Rover official website and according to them the Samsung Mini S5570 ticks all the boxes except "Call Lists". Anyone any ideas?

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Indus Silver

Hi Monty, I'm afraid I've just got rid of my 07 SE for an MY2013 so can't check. I have an S5570 which seemed to work OK in the 07 (except for calls list), I wonder if it depends on whether you store your address book on the phone or the SIM. Mine is on the phone. 2007 SE Manual : Gone and missed but 2013 HSE Lux is better!
Series IIa : Gone but hopefully still alive.

My phonebook is also on the phone. The fact that you managed to do it means that it's possible and that I'm just doing something wrong. Thanks for the reply.
