Atlantic crossing ...

I think it’s a fantastic achievement by the 14 year all lad who has just sailed the Atlantic single handed. I can't believe there are folks who are criticizing this and even wanting his parents cautioned for taking him out of school! Why can’t we be proud of such human endeavour?

Did the same myself in 1995, but not single handed and I was a couple of decades older! Congratulations to him.

However somebody needs to have their knuckles wrapped for using headlines of surviving a hurricane. He may have had a storm but there have been no hurricanes in that part of the Atlantic since September. A 27ft boat would not have come through a force 12 unscathed like his appeared to be.

How do I know.......... I have spent the entire hurricane season this year between June and mid October driving my containership in those same waters........... How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
Now driving - RRE Coupe Dynamic Lux Auto with Plus pack, Fuji White, Ebony, SD4 with tow pack
