Can anyone enlighten me as to the location of the cabin air temperature sensor in my LHD LR2?

I've needed to select a higher temperature than normal to maintain a comfortable temperature in the interior and I'm suspecting the sensor has either gotten covered in lint or is on its way out.

I 'think' the part # is LR062233 but am uncertain as to it's location. Greg East

Just above driver knee airbag, there's little slots in the plastic trim close to your knees.
Sensor has a small fan which draws air across the sensor which possibly could be blown. MY15

With the engine running, climate on, put a small square of paper over the grill Stuart has mentioned.

When the aspirator fan is working correctly, the paper should be sucked on to the grill and not fall off.

If you can find someone with the dealer tool (SDD) I think you can see the value of the sensor and compare to a hand held temperature probe.
