Alpine make the EZi DAB, an add-on DAB receiver, it connects to your existing set up by way of the aux input. It also has USB input which allows the connection of iPod or iPhone. The radio station or ipod track info is displayed on the EZi-DAB's own compact screen. I've been quoted£300 fitted including all cables etc. I'm planning to have one fitted to my soon-to-arrive FL2. |

on my 07 I have fitted a system from just connect cost £200 .they came to me to fit it. the main parts are behind the dash so the car like as any other the DAB antenna is up behind the rear view mirror in the shaded area of the front windscreen so you can not see it inside or outside On FM1the radio works as normal but if I press the 0 station button it goes to DAB.The volume button on the radio and steering wheel works as normal as for FM/ mw and DAB.The radio screen shows what DAB station you are on as say classic rock or smooth 70s.To change DAB stations you have to use a small remote its little bit bigger than credit card its stores up to 12 pre sets or press it to find were you what to be. It works for me |
