With my 2010HSE, the phone function was all but useless. The voice recognition was totally useless and it was difficult to read the centre console to make a call.

Just changed to a 2013 XS and everything works perfectly, voice recognition, the lot.

Unlike the 2010 HSE, the XS sat nav is excellent as well.

IMHO!

The whole Infotainment system is a vast improvement over the old one IMHO as well! Foraging near Gaydon....
