2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Zermatt Silver

Clutch Change

Can anyone give any tips on changing the clutch in a Freelander 2.
Are any special tools required?
Any advice greatfully recieved.

2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

Dealer did mine under warranty so can't help you there. However, the Dual Mass should also be changed as most probably this is the cause of the problem. Also the clutch slave cylinder Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
