rear window

My drivers side window will go all the way down when the key fob is long pressed, but when you try and close by the same method the window never closes at all. When you use the window control in the car the window rises about 3 or 4 inches eat time then stops!
I've tried the global reset as in the handbook to no avail
Has anyone any suggestions please?

If you haven't already try, a Hard Reset first Martin,

Then the normal window reset.

If no change try this it is is not the standard reset that is in the book, but this has been known to solve it.

When the window starts going down press the DOWN button till the window stops/reaches the bottom then hold the UP button until the window gets to the top.

Repeat, three times (open and close the window, fully, three times). p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Disconnect the battery, both terminals, touch them together, go indoors, have a cup of tea, reconnect the battery, reset the windows. Keeping your fingers crossed may help Thumbs Up p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
