Lost ignition key

Anyone had to replace a lost ignition key? Is it difficult, pricey or both? Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto
Tricia's - 2006 Royal Blue Beetle Cabriolet Auto
Mine - 2014 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport Matt Black
Ours - 2007 White Bailey Pageant Champagne

Pricey but not difficult
Just need to get the new one and get it programmed to the freely
Have a word with Dan or any of the other site sponsors to see if they can help out, or your local LR dealer it's around 」100 - 」120 for a new fob,, but if you shop around you can pick them up a lot cheaper.... Don't buy a used one Whistle BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

You will need your original key code as well. Prepare to pay serious dosh if JLR have to fax it through to the Dealer supplying the key Confused Foraging near Gaydon....

I've never been given a key code. Sad
As for the new key, it's my understanding that they have to remove all the keys from the cars CPU then add back your existing key and the new one. Insurance companies may not pay out if your car was nicked by someone with a key that hadn't been disabled, might be an idea to get it disabled asap.

Looks like a print off with a code numbers and letters and bar code.

When I got my 2 new key fobs , they removed the 2 old keys from the CPU then re-added them long with the 2 new ones.. Took around 10 mins start to finish.. Don't recall any codes needed BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders
