It looks like a split flange pin that compresses and opens out against the pedal frame, so a bit of a squeeze and push should remove it.

lol thanks , ive past info on , garage has ordered another pin incase they break it getting it out , told them i just need it done as im self employed and I`m up **** streak without it .
