Over the last two weeks my old FL2's fuel consumption has increased by 20%.

She doesn't use aircon at all, doesn't like it. It's the full on pedal to the floor driving that does it.... Well that and mostly town driving.

Seriously folks this is all down to her heavy boots around town, there's nothing wrong with the car at all. I could jump in the car tomorrow and get 35 mpg easy and 40 if on a long run just bimbling along and anticipating traffic conditions.

Not when it's working properly, but it can stick and cause increased consumption (and other problems). |
