I have changed the satnav disc from GBR etc. to another disc with
Belgium, Germany etc. on. Now I can get routes abroad, no problem.
But I am still getting my English travelling data as well. That's a bonus!
I have checked the disc and GBR is not on it. So conversely, does that
mean I could have left the other disc in and got European routes when

If you using the Belgian, Germany disc while you are here, you will get the main routes of the UK, same as when you use the GB disc over here you get he main routes of Europe. You will have to change he map setting though from the UK Map to the German map otherwise it wint find any German addresses. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
