United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Stornoway Grey
Roof Rails and Box

Hi,

i never knew it would be so complicated to try to buy a roof box for an up coming camping trip!!

At the moment i dont have any roof system, so, I need the cheapest way of fitting a roof box, does anyone have any ideas?

I have seen a Thule system that clips into the door seals, is this a good idea?

Cheers for any help

Yep, I use it myself Thumbs Up

Thule roof bars, which clip directly to the roof and a Thule Atlantis 200 roof box. Both absolutely brilliant and wholeheartedly recommended Thumbs Up I wouldn't be without either when we go on holiday.

Don't skimp on a cheapo box either....

Would you like a picture of them in use?

John.

Hi Tigger,

I picture of the roof rails, and how they fit would be interesting, i think therre are a few differnt types with different way they attach.

Thought it was going to be a 10 minute job to order some, life is always too complicated!!

Cheers, Ste
