Depending on the age of your Freelander, the Sat Nav instructions may be in a seperate manual.

Agreed - Once you find your way around all the different functions, screen displays and menus its a really good piece of kit. The congestion avoidance and rerouting is particularly good. As for the motorway/split screen with services and junction information displayed, you can let the kids know just exactly how long and far it is till they can go to the loo - genius!!
