I have two 17" GS alloys for sale (standard 6-spoke pattern). The Goodyear tyres have 2-4mm of tread - just hitting the depth indicator on one side. I wouldn't fit them like that but they are legal as a get-you-home spare. Not kerbed, just a couple of very slight surface scratches. £35 each - you'd need to arrange collection (I'm in S London), or I could deliver up the M1/A1 corridor next week on my way to Northumberland.
If you're changing your tyres in the near future and need a spare, you could keep your best current tyre and put one of the new tyres on one of these.
