Hi all,

My Freelander 2 has developed an issue with the air conditioning. When the air con is on, there's a loud whirring sound from the engine, which stops immediately when I turn it off. It started as a subtle noise but is awful now.

Having just come out of warranty (and perhaps air con isn't covered anyway) I'm reluctant to take it to the stealers, and instead would like to go to someone local who specialises in 4x4 and ideally air con repairs.

I'm in north Bucks, so if you know if anyone in the area I'd be most grateful!!
