When I had my service done, the dealer removed the engine shield and a rubber mount fell down. After looking carefully it was the radiator insulator with a broken retainer in it. They are the 2 pieces marked in red in the image. Does anybody know if they can be replaced easily or you have to remove the bumper and the radiator?

Yes there a pig to change you have to take of the bumper and drop the rad support bar to get at them, has the car ever had a little bump?

Thank for the reply rst1991. The car had a little bump 2 years ago with no visual damage. It is possible that the insulator and retainer became loose that time and finally fell into the shield. Could be that someone backed on me and force it to brake. I think I have to order the retainer and have it fixed.
