Hi Dan can you get the roof bar end covers on there own, the part that covers the clamps on the end of the bars.

i would try contacting THULE as i believe they are the people who make them, they were very good when a old member wanted help Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

i would suggest that, i've tryed this before and they wouldn't supply seperate parts for them at the time  Sophie Alltoft

Your best source in the UK will be either a local Volvo car dealership as this system was designed for the V50 and is on their parts supply system.

The parts needed are;
Roofrack Thule/Volvo V50 End Clamp Cover - Black RH Upper: 9484416 and Black LH Upper: 9484415 - these are the Volvo part numbers not Thule's

Lower cover part numbers;
RH Black Lower: 9484418
LH Black Lower: 9484417


Exeter Roof racks are highly regarded in these matters and are recommended if you need help with all things "Thule".
