Cant argue with that postage costs are getting silly.

Why not it was this that attracted buyers, probably cheaper now for me to pop down the road to Hatfields.

Free postage was attractive and really should have been absorbed as a goodwill bonus to returning customers.

Postage costs will not be high, i will charge what we as a company are charged by Royal Mail for smaller items.

Not everyone is located close to a dealership.

Can't even get to a dealer during their opening hours in the week and they don't open weekends

There's a reason I buy my parts from the other side of the world. Daft as it at seems.

Duckworths are good with good prices and service. Plus a sponsor on here too. It's not their fault postage has gone up to a point that they cannot absorb the cost.

I must admit, the free postage is why I look here rather than popping to the dealer when passing by.

The cost of driving to a dealer may be more than you realise at times, I queried the pharmacist in town earlier, a walk away from where I live as too his prices for ibruprofen £7 as opposed to £3.50 at Asda pharmacy, then I realised it would cost me more with the 16 mile round trip
I am sure Dan will still give you all a good deal on your parts, if you don't want to pay postage just remember to buy a lot at once and make it £50.05

OK that's reasonable, I based my comment on the 'Royal Mail' site where a business user with franking would be £4.50 - £5.50 up to a kilo or two and I thought that if I ordered front wipers off you again it would offset any saving on the goods.
