Hi Guys,

My Rover is almost out of warranty and i am taking a bit of a punt on keeping him for at least another year or 2. For Sh!ts and giggles i was thinking of installing a set of green LED lights to the underside.

I'm not talking about driving around with them on all the time i was thinking of just hooking them up to the interior lights so they only turn on when i unlock the car kind of like a puddle lamp i guess.

I don't have puddle lamps as i only have the SE, but i have had look at the wiring diagram and am assuming that he module that runs that puddle lamps is fitted to all the cars because its the same module that runs the door locks? is this right?

does the puddle lamp have any additional function that is different to the interior light circuit?

anyway any suggestions? thoughts? solutions? better ideas? (apart from just go buy a new HSE - maybe when the next model comes out)
