Hi Everybody. After three consecutive Toyota Rav4's and disliking the new model Rav i have decided to look for a Freelander, I understand the reliability issues of old are long gone and i have always admired the FL2. I'm going to be looking for a Dynamic as i think the body kit looks stunning, a late model ex-demo is likely to fit the bill. Before I take the plunge, are any facelifts or new FL models on the horizon ?
I'm looking forward to taking ownership within a month or so, as soon as i source the right car really, any advice on good or not so good dealers within a reasonable distance of Saddleworth would be appreciated, i understand Hillendale in Nelson, Lancashire are well thought of, Land Rover ownership will be new to me after 15 years of owning Toyotas.

If you are looking for a Dynamic edition then be prepared to pay over £30K second hand as that spec is relatively new infact i think its only been available for 6 months or so. If you like the bodykit but want to spend less then LR produced a Sport LE for a couple of years. If you go older then look out for models with the bodykits fitted.

Be prepared for less mpg and more expensive service bills than your Rav4 - on the plus side the FL2 walks all over the Rav4 so be prepared for a massive improvement in comfort, smoothness, power, build quality oh and a boot that opens from the top instead of the side!  Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

See Copley LR have one in with 3500 mls , got my 2011 GS from them 5 weeks ago , buying experience was fine .

ive just put a deposit on a FL2 that came from Hillendale, it was at a car supermarket with only 2000 miles on it. Not really sure why it wasnt in the dealer network, but assuming it was their demo car its in stunning condition!
