It was down to emmisions, as the manual SD4 Freelander would be too high. But rumour has it, the SD4 manual Freelander may be offered in the 2014MY which will be built from September.

Having owned one, I can honestly say it feels nothing like a Range Rover, perhaps that's because I had two Fl2s before it so I noticed the similarities, but for me there is only one Range Rover. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |
