It has been one here before but I can't find the thred, but there has been a least one instance of the lamp holder falling out, they took off the trim around the selector and found it hanging |

If you are just looking at removing trim around the auto gear selector; select neutral, position your fingers between the selector and the surrounding plastic (your fingers are pushing the soft liner/material down), grab the "lip" of the silver plastic trim and pull up. MY10 TD4 SE Auto |

Finally got time yesterday to look at this - it was as you describe above - the small board with the LED's had fallen off = back o n within 2 mins Thanks for the advice - Hugh Disco 3 HSE Defender Puma 110 Freelander 2 HSE |
