A torque converter is what an auto has in place of a clutch - it's basically a viscous coupling. It has nothing to do with the haldex units. |

The car has now had the front driveshafts, torque converter and auto gearbox replaced but the car is still juddering. They are now checking the Haldex unit. I hope this solves it but will keep you posted. |

Yes they changed the transfer box and the juddering has completely gone. So I now have 2 driveshafts, torque converter, auto gearbox and transfer box lucky it was under warranty. It took 6 weeks in total to find the cause but now car is running well and economy seems better too. |
