2008 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Indus Silver

Run GG ATs on both my Disco 3 and Wife's FL2. Great combination tyre - will do everything.

If we have 3 months of snow on the ground every winter I would fit winter tyres. As we don't them the ATs suit what I do very well (75% tarmac, 12.5% unsurfaced, 12.5% off road).

We are both rural vets and haven't failed to make it to a call yet.

The main advantage of a winter tyre seems to be stopping distance on a slippery road - less crucial if you leave a good space and realise your 2 or 3 tonne car has a wee bit of momentum on icy roads.
