Well, I sold my Golf today so it's go, go, go for a Freely. Or maybe not!!!

I'm looking for a TD4 HSE Auto and I've now got an absolute MAX of £20k to spend but don't feel the need to go up to my limit. My dilemma is; Do I buy now (assuming the right car comes along) or is it worth waiting until March/April when the new reg numbers are out, there are more secondhand cars in the market (and prices generally lower) and the weather is getting warmer, lessening the perceived need for a 4WD vehicle? I.e. will I get much more car for my money in March/April?

The money isn't burning a hole in my pocket and I have a car and two motorcycles at my disposal so I'm under no pressure to get some transport.

I'd wait until last few days of February then stroll in with your money....being prepared to sign on the dotted line for the right deal there and now....the sales staff will have monthly targets to meet even on used vehicles.

I would aim towards mid march to April, those who have to get the latest reg plate will have traded theirs in, the dealers will have then prepped what they are keeping or sold on/auctioned off what they are not Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
