Interesting, mine has just been dropped off for failed turbo actuator too ... be interesting to see if I get a repair or replacement turbo. |

I have just been away for a few days and on Tuesday (my last day of ownership of my '11 plate FL2 before swapping to '62 plate on Wednesday) I was loading the car, as I had to do several trips from the accommodation I was just unlocking the boot each time, then closing it to relock and get the next load. Final load into car boot with my bag for the day, closed the hatch and walked around to the front to get in. No keys, I had put them on the bags in the boot when loading and when hatch closed car locked. Wearing only shorts and T shirt carrying almost nothing, fortunately for the first time in 5 days I had put my phone in my pocket, but had no LR Assistance info, no reading glasses to read it anyway, no pen and paper to write down numbers.

In my case LR assist were great. It's sad that they were only patching up after the dealer c@cked up.
