annoying rattle

I have had this annoying rattle from the dashboard for months. I tried everything to find the source but as sound travels almost an impossible task.
The other day the drivers side window wiper worked loose and decided to wipe everything except the screen. So up with the bonnet and lifted the protective cap to reveal the nut that clamped the blade down. Yes it was loose, don't ask me how but it was, so out with a spanner and tightened it up, replaced the protective cap and shut bonnet

So far that annoying rattle has gone, the cause so it would seem is the last place I would have thought of, the wiper blade arm.

Did you put some threadlocker on the nut to keep it from backing off again? 2013 LR2 HSE LUX: 2.0L I4; Barolo Black, Ebony Windsor Leather; Navigation, Satellite Radio, Cold Weather Pack, Piano Black Trim.

No i havn't purely because the car is still under warranty for another month. If I put that product on and the wiper motor failed then it wouldn't be covered.

But thanks for the tip if it goes again that is something I will look into.
