They do - just, but you need different suspension blocking rubbers on the shock absorbers. The stability of the axles and roller bearings is sufficient to bear the extra load. But be aware that fuel consumption will increase considerably, ride quality (suspension) is reduced noticeably and wear will increase in general.
That is the price you have to pay for the "good looks".

Somebody over on RRS is selling a set of 4 for £290 including tyres,

Obviousley used and tyres will need replacing shortly, but if the cars suspension would needs messing with i am not going to bother.
