Looks like my car will get an upgrade in the next few months

Been looking into this a bit more and the only concerns I have is the mic for the bluetooth phone connection and GPS.

Mine already has bluetooth phone from the factory so must be wired somewhere. Could I use the factory one or will I need the one supplied with the head unit?. Does you head unit have a built in mic or did you have to wire one in the back? If so, where did you place the mic.

Lastly, does your head unit (or anyone else who has done this) have sat nav? If so, where do you position the GPS antenna?

Sorry to keep asking questions but the more I look into this the more I like the idea

Also, I currently have the mid-range headunit with the subwoofer in the boot.

Will this still work? Not sure if I have a separate amp or not. How do I find out?
