Wish I had a unit, spraying the fence green and a white car at the other side is not the best combination Censored Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Luckily I checked after after a fence panel it was there but very fine mist must have been whipped away by the slightest of breezes, a very fast dash and a bucket and sponge (a unused grout sponge) and a wipe over and it looks to have been saved, but too hot outside to polish and wash it without the panels getting too hot and water spotting

Luckily the car was sealed with gtechniq c1.5 a week ago so that might have helpEd Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Whilst the spoiler is off being re-sprayed thought I would buy some new galvanised fixings and plastidip them.

Off to B&Q for some M6 roofing bolts and split washers. Had a can and half left of plastidip also. Couldn't find anything that matched as such, but with them being black it won't be noticeable hopefully.

Originals and new ones, thinking the rust will come through the plastidip, just to see how spray takes and with 4 spare new ones as ill need to cut ha.

Replacement for the rusty cheap hex/Allen fittings. Just thought I'd spray the lot for the hell of with some spare.

Not sure if rust will come through plastidip Question 2013 FL2 - Black Edition Auto

Change of plan, instead of cutting corners and making the spoiler fixings look like 'half a job' by using corrugated roofing fixings I've ordered the exact same as the originals but in stainless steel.

I then intend to plastidip the ends in my little rig as above and they should be well hidden. If anyone needs to buy the same, all from Screwfix for £10 delivered, although they come in packs of 50 for the screws and 100 for the washers!! Thumbs Up 2013 FL2 - Black Edition Auto

Picked the new '63 plate Auto up on Monday, also discovered it had cruise control. Very very impressed to say the least.

Lovely to drive and feels a lot quicker than my manual!!

Already had it de-chromed Twisted Evil and put the LEDs inside/number plate. Spoiler end of the week.

Few pics for Chris from when I got it up to my standard having borrowed a mates unit Thumbs Up
