It's very odd as:


  • No tracks to its resting place
  • Front plate missing
  • Paperwork (parking ticket Laughing ) under wiper and message in snow on screen
  • Snow has fallen on rear wheel and windscreen in that position


Might have been stolen, crashed and abandoned? Confused
