LR Assist

The first three years we all have the LR Assist.
What happens after?
Can we extend the LR Assist?
Can we call LR Assist and pay for the intervention?
Maybe dealers/ sponsors can help? FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

If you can extend it it's worth checking how much it is.

You can get quite good deals with the AA/Rac now.

It's early days for me. Who knows what happens in three year time. LR might decide to do a extented warranty as well.
Was just curious if members that joined in 2006 have tackeled this problem.
Years ago Rolls Royce had a 25 year warranty and before WWII Bugati (Napoleon I think) had a life time warranty. Now this shows faith in the car you make. Bow down FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

Ahhh, just found my letter, the Assist cover would be sold in tandem with an extended warranty. So you can have a warranty without assist but not the other way around - I think anyway Rolling Eyes SD4 HSE Lux

Thanks again.
Wil wait some time and see if they offer the extended warranty ehere I am.
I think that the warranty can be different from country to country. Am I correct?
Can I apply for extended warranty in another country than the one of resicence/where I bought the car?
Bow down
Will ask the dealer at my first due service but sometimes dealers are not that kwnolegeable
Thanks for your input. Much apreciated FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

expensive

I did extend my LR Assist cover when my warranty ran out on my previous LR Disco, however it was insanely expensive. So I binned in in favour of roadside cover by my insurance company a few years later. All renewals came by post from LR Assist directly. Life is not a dress rehearsal!
