Class...BBC News - Driving in snow

I was just watching the 6 o'clock news. They were mentioning that there has been travel disruption and accidents with all the snow.
Then they asked an AA man why we struggle so much when snow appears. He gave the stock answer of not giving yourself
enough time for journeys etc but the real answer was in the footage they used.
Firstly they showed a dual carriageway with slush on both lanes. A gritter was in the slow lane being overtaken by a car going much faster with a van up its backside. D'uh!
Then they showed a VW Passat (I think) on its roof). A short closeup clip showed at least one of the tyres appeared to be more or less bald. D'uh!
I've come to the conclusion that in general, people are f&^&%ing stupid.

Apart from the lovely people on here of course...

Stuart
