Second tv off sky box

I'm trying to set up a second (older) tv in a bedroom off my sky box.

I have an aerial cable but no aerial apart from the sky dish.

I have tried putting the rf in and using the rf out socket 1 and 2 to the tv but no joy.

Any help much appreciated!

so your wanting to use the RF out on the SKY tv box down stairs on the TV upstairs

You need to go into setting on the box downstairs and enable RF out, if your using a magic eye, you need to enable power or something on the RF out too

other option would be to double check the coax cable too Thumbs Up

Tune in the new tv to the rf out signal too

I run two extra tv's of my hd box. Sky engineer did first one. I did second one when i converted my loft. All instructions regarding turning on the 9v feed are on the net. Couldnt get mine to work at first. I hadnt connected the male and female jacks correctly to the coax cable correctly. Bit of fiddling and it worked fine. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Apparently a hdmi to Ethernet converter will allow you to run hdmi quality pictures a lot further without loss of picture quality, or so I read in stuff magazine at the hairdressers

I use it on my caravans SKYHD box

Hidden the box out of sight, HDMI lead to TV, sky Magic Eye into the RF socket infra red sensor next to TV, much tidier and by using matching push fit connectors at home and caravan it's plug and play once the dish is set up Cool

someone from Aberdeen should maybe pop round to Snappas house, he may be frozen to his roof tiles after a ladder incident whilst installing an aerial .

pop round take a few snaps of him then post them on here Laughing At work
