I have seen several posts on here, very critical of Hunters. I can only say i have always had good service from them. In July 2011, they replaced a passenger side airbag on my 08. In July this year, the airbag warning lamp started to come on again. I took it in and they found high resistance on a plug. This was cleaned up and all seemed ok. After a month or so the warning lamp was at it again. It's been a periodic problem for me. Anyway, i booked the car in again, and was reminded to take my license with me, for a courtesy car. Off i went in a 62 plate HSE auto, with 1900 miles on it. Later that day, the reception chap, Richard, called. The main passenger airbag was faulty, and when driving the car in, the technician thought the steering heavy, so they investigated and condemned the rack, also a slight leak found on the pump.I was kept updated by Richard or Sharon,on the progress. The work took 7 days, or 5 if you don't count the weekend, and today, i collected the car back, with a new airbag, new steering rack, new pas pump and reservoir. All washed and hoovered too. The best bit of course, all on extended warranty. Excellent service in my opinion.
