Wonky wheel

I followed for a while an battered old Land Rover today. I noticed one of the rear wheels didnt look to be turning truely, it had a bit of a wobble to it. Just curious if this normal on old Land Rovers or if it is a sign that the bearing is going? The other rear wheel looked to be turning with out wobbling.

I own an old series 3 and have some wheel wobbles. Just the steel rims that had an hard life before me. But since top speed is under 90km/h you don't notice it inside.... 1973 Land Rover Series 3 88''
