Heard a grinding noise from my Freelander at dinner time when I pulled out of a carpark, it seemed to come from the rear right hand side, did about 3 miles to work but heard nothing else

However when I came home tonight it started again

It only seems to occur when pulling away from junctions and sounds as though its from the rear, If taking corners at speeds over 10mph the noise seems to dissapear

Any ideas?

The sound is a similar grinding to when your brakes haven't been used for a while

Hoping it's something simple like a bit of grit in the pads or a loose heat shield vibrating
