Piano trim looks good on your light interior but doesnt look quite so nice on an all black interior. I like the piano trim on the steering wheel but when i looked at one in a showroom before i had mine it was too much hence why i opted for the silver trim.

I picked up the Piano black trim yesterday from my LR dealer and set about fitting it this morning.

Anyway, here's a few pics with it all fitted.

I think it has bought the interior up to date, the silver trim that mine had was the original type from launch in 2006 and was starting to look very dated.

I thought it a good tip about warming the box up on the hob before fitting Thumbs Up

I fancy going down the route of changing the 3 dash pieces for the piano black ones as they seem pretty cheap for such a good mod.

Does anyone have any more info on how to remove and replace these??

I know it says 'tight clips and a screw' but any other help/piccies would be appreciated.

Reference the previous post, does anyone have instructions to fit the three dash trims on a MY2013? Do they simply fit over the existing trim?

I'm not planning to change the steering wheel trims at present.

Apologies if I've missed something, but I couldn't find anything when I searched.

Thanks,
