England 2013 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Auto Sumatra Black
Kia Sportage

Had to drive the bosses Kia Sportage tonight from the car park at work around to the warehouse as the the boss has the van. Drove it 50 yards and thought it was pants!! No one touch windows and my work colleague couldnt hear the car horn to open the warehouse door. All in all on such a little trip I wasnt impressed! Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Don't think you can judge after just 50 yds.
You can judge after 0 yds

I have a base model FL2 and straight away the KIA just felt wrong! Lol I'm sure they are a nice car really. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

To be honest, I like the look of Hyundai/Kia. Maybe I will buy one someday. Whistle

Or maybe I will just stick to Land Rover. Laughing

theyre ok just butt ugly When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car

United Kingdom 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Barolo Black

The Sportage was one of the cars I had a test drive in before I went for the Freelander.
Lots of toys (it was the top of the range) but found interior fairly low rent and a crashing
ride on poor road surfaces. Poor rear visability too. Mrs Mint thinks the FL2 far better as well.
You pays your money, you takes your choice.

I went to Manchester and back last night in a Honda CRV, very unimpressed, harsh ride, noisy and didn't have any sort of quality feel to it at all despite being a well specced model.

Scotland 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Lago Grey

over the last few years we've been looking at caravans/motorhomes, and probably visited half a dozen main dealers on and off over the period.

what never ceases to amaze me is how many of them recommend and actually drive Kia/Hyundai for towing.

they say you can't beat them for reliability and value for money, and would never consider a Landrover at all.
