I've got footage of another one from yesterday, SWMBO driving, Urban Dual Carriageway, 30mph, gets overtaken, car pulls in front of her as she approaches traffic lights as they change to red

Update, checked the footage on the PC, no reg number, the plate is clear, either it is because the sun being low in the sky was shining star tight on it causing a glare or he has something on the plate that hides his reg from cameras, if it's possible.

Also updated the Blackvue with the later software, no problems, no dead unit

Just updated mine (got the same model) and no probs so far. Shame about the reg plate - he'll get his eventually

Yesterday's Event.

So where does the blame lie for that one? Or is it 50:50? The turning vehicle began its manoeuvre when the road was clear, if it had stopped, would the other vehicle have avoided it or should they have not made the manoeuvre at all? Was the driver of the vehicle going straight on naively driving too fast into a busy junction without the ability to safely react to any hazard it came across?

The officer on the scene viewed the recording, noted the lights were green when the Corsa went through, didn't comment about the Corsa driver going through at a fair lick. The Galaxy was a LHD, blocking the junction after the incident, more used to doing this in Calais than over here
