Whilst there is no excuse for the beating up of the biker, perhaps he should have not assumed he was right, the biker was in the wrong lane, the car indicated it was coming across, but the indicator cancelled. Just shows, if you push your luck you can get hurt either by accident or design. Inside lane unless marked to the contrary is first exit, perhaps not so innocent, his lane was marked for the first exit. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

The inside lane was clearly marked, the black Peugeot is already on the roundabout, the biker is in the wrong lane and then effectively tries to 'undertake' the Peugeot.

Apparently the biker kicked his car as he went past. Shouldn't think he will be doing that again.

If he'd kicked my car when he'd made the error, I, like most who have worked damn hard to afford my pride and joy might have considered reacting in exactly the same way. If the driver is prosecuted for common assault, then the motorcyclist must also be prosecuted for criminal damage. No winners there. Foraging near Gaydon....

Came across the aftermath of this relatively minor RTC today (more info in the video description). I wonder if the bent out wheel on the red car will be repaired or if the insurers will write it off?

This Audi driver appeared to be texting whilst driving. Whatever he was doing, he was looking down rather than where he was going for several yards as I watched him. - Footage from Roadhawk DC-2.

Personally, i think drivers using a mobile without hands free should lose their license for 6 months, they are a flippin menace.

I am amazed at the quality of the still images. Totally inexcusable in my opinion, it is a pity that it doesn't appear to be clamped down on, probably due to understaffing issues? |

The question is what happened before the start of the clip, lorry speed was zero, but had made 29mph at the accident. Not saying the tower was right or wrong, but not quite so clear cut. 16 secs from zero impact, did the truck exit a side road? my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
