The Doctor, unless your video shows where the two vehicles joined the roundabout and their positions we only have your version, so no decision on fault, editing is a wonderful tool for misinformation. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

^ It's so obvious the Peugeot was at fault. He joined the roundabout in the right hand lane in front of me if you must know with zero interaction with the cars in the next lane.

That is your version, unfortunately the video evidence does not support that version. Would you post the earlier footage so with the complete evidence so as a considered opinion can be ascertained on the presented evidence, rather than what appears to be an opinion. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

^ For what purpose exactly? The only part of the entire video that is questionable is the part where he moves over and the Fiesta is forced to brake! Before that, the Peugeot was driving fine and well within the speed limits, as was everyone else. That is why I uploaded the short section of video.

Now that really isn't nice, quite honestly I wouldn't give a toss how the camera is fixed, that was careless driving as a minimum, in an effort not to slow down and get stuck for a minute or so, registration is clear enough to take it further. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
