The ******** hope they get the book thrown at them, mind you I wonder if it was stolen to order and is now well out of the country.
Have just checked my Insurance policy (E Sure) it states that the first registered owner can have a brand new replacement up to the age of 12 months. Ive still got the GAP cover anyway to cover up to 3 yrs old.
Hope they settle soon so that you can replace it.

So sorry to hear your bad news, hope they catch them and they get the punishment they deserve.
If you have comprehensive cover the car is covered, I thought you would get the use of a car, checked my policy and think I would until either the car was recoved or a replacement is found
