Well I drove from London to Edinburgh today the wipers stayed on auto most of the time but I did have to speed them up when overtaking lorries. In all fairness they struggled to cope, but it was very heavy rain. |

Never had a problem with the Auto Wipers, sometimes I've had to adjust the speed on the end of the arm, other than that they have always been good, intermittent when required, constant and in heavy rain they've sped up as required, must have been lucky as both my Freelander 2's have been been like this as have the Parking Sensors. |

Had a quick look today to see how to route an extra earth cable from front gearbox area up to the -ve battery post. Fitting to one of the m8? bolts on the gearbox is no problem but couldn't find a way to get the other end of the cable to the battery terminal, all direct routes seem to be blocked. Must admit I didn't get under the vehicle (drive was wet and muddy) so any further info on a possible route? 11 GS Bali Blue
