My power fold wing mirrors have been juddery over the last few weeks and yesterday i noticed the passenger side one didnt even fold in! Got the silicone spray out and now much smoother but have noticed that the passenger side one doesnt fold in completely yet the motor cuts out as though it thinks it has, by hand it can be easily pushed in another inch or two, however when you unlock the passenger one wont unfold until you manually move it back the inch or two. Any ideas?

This sounds a little brutal but works, grab hold of the mirror and push it to its extremes, it will sound horrible, do this a few times and lubricate with the silicon spray, you should here them click back into position and it should reset the passenger side.
