have you considered General Grabber AT's in 255 55 18, they have a very very long life - 10mm tread I believe.. ![]() |

The larger General Tyre is an option, have had them before, very good, though life is not as good as previous version the AT2, but was just seeing if could avoid the hassle of the larger size (will they rub)and ringing the insurance company and putting the speedo out

i have the larger size, no issues with rubbing. plenty of space, speedo will be fine as rolling diameter is near as damn it the same, certainly your eyes would not perceive the difference on the speedo.. |

AJS have said the general grabber 235/60x18 will be out Q1 2013. |

Just noticed Wrangler AT only has a speed rating T up to 118 mph, think V is on standard equip supplied.

I ran the Gy Wrsngler ATR on a Fl1. I remember at the time it was no noisier than the (1998 pattern) Gy Wrangler HP, rode as well on road and had more bite off-road. It wasn't in the same league as the BFG AT, but better than normal road biased tyres.
