Bluetooth driving me nuts. Am I the master or the slave?

Even with my new phone (HTC One) it is the same glitches as all previous phones with JLR cars. It seems that Bluetooth just likes to turn itself off every now and then without my interaction. The Freelander then thinks it is real smart by finding the phone for me - even though it lost it in the first place.
If I have been in my XF the Bluetooth in my FL2 is like a scorned lover when I return. Oh I may work but I reserve the right to be fickle. I stay with the Freelander for a few days and it becomes loyal again, but always reserve its electronic rights to periodically turn itself off without notice just to keep me on my toes. Another sick trick is it will randomly allow a phone conversation make good progress for a few minutes then switch the Bluetooth off when the other party are talking. You think the line has dropped - no they are still on line but you have to pick the phone up. She wants you to crash.
Is this personal between me and Mrs Bluetooth? Do you share such relationships? Its not the phone, or my previous phone as they both work fine in the Jag.
Off to get some councilling.

I don't know what you are talking about Laughing

My old Vodaphone whatever and my HTC Desire has a real loving relationship with my Freely, in fact I can hear them humping through the right hand speaker when connected.
Never ever dropped a connection and never ever heard the word divorce mentioned once. Thumbs Up

Oh I get it now. I am the third person in this affair. Its carnal between the vehicle and phone. I am the interloper! my HTC is a slut and prefers the Jag.

Can't say I've had any problems with my HTC and Freelander's Bluetooth, or any other phone I've paired. Very Happy

Depending what OS you're running on your HTC One, there is a known issue with the latest update to Jelly Bean, whereas Bluetooth constantly drops the connection at any time and for no reason. I don't think they have released a fix for it yet, but there is a free app you can download to keep the Bluetooth connection active. Thumbs Up
