A little search gave me a sticky thread in the "Maintenance & Modifications" section named "How to reset the service indicator"...

I used this thread when my garage forgot to do this - simple. The youtube video gives you confidence in what you have to do |

This resets the service indicator, but will this also reset the "oil service visit dealer" message also, which is on the MY11 models, there are two service indicators on these, my service indicator was reset at service but a few days later the oil service message came up like it has for a few members with later models:?: |

I do not think that this resets the "oild service required" indicator. I had to take my one back to the dealer and they needed to put it on the computer to reset this item! |

Do all FL2s have this? How do I find how long until my car needs a service?

THey should all have a Service Due Indicator, from MY11 they will also have an Oil Service Contact Dealer message which is seperate from the Service Due Indicator and linked to the number of DPF cycles.
