Get a spare the tyre is knackered after putting that **** in it It wont reduce your mpg,its like saying you will not carry a passenger incase it uses more fuel |

All of my seven Land Rovers over 25 years have had full size spares. How many punctures? None.

Four Land Rovers all with spare tyre. Number of blowouts = 1 which totally shredded the tyre and without the spare I'd have been stuck at the side of the A1(M) waiting for recovery.

Back in 2005 my dads Old Discovery had a puncture. The tyre shredded going down the M25 on Christmas Day! He was lucky and had the spare tyre on the boot and the tyre was changed in under 30 mins! Now he's a bit worried that there isn't one on the Freelander. |

£185 for a 17" spare from main stealer which is a relatively good price especially with 10% off as a member of Hants and Berkshire LR owners club. Doubt your local dealer will ask for proof. Just quote the relevant one to your locality

My car didn't even come with carpet mats! My car is the HSE SD4 which is around £40,000, and I think it's just stupid not to include things like carpet mats or a spare tyre! I love my FL2 but annoyed with Land Rover! |

Agree with the spare wheel, I know they did it to save weight, low emission sae us tax, but they should them offer it as a no cost option, to get past the emissions etc
